The fire devoured the contents of 3 poultry, cattle and sheep farms in the center of Asna, south of Luxor, causing the death of about 26 heads of cattle and sheep and about 1,400 chicks.
The Luxor security directorate received a notification from the Asna police station that a fire had broken out at a poultry farm, and the fire spread to two other farms for raising cows, buffaloes and sheep, destroying all the contents of the farms, and the death of poultry and animals in the three farms.
The security forces moved and 3 cars of civil protection and firefighters were paid, which managed to extinguish the fire on the farms with the death of about 1400 chicks and about 26 cattle, cows and sheep.
Jaber Ruslan, the owner of a cattle breeding farm, said: "We were surprised by the outbreak of fire in the poultry farm next to the farm where we raise cows, buffaloes and sheep, and as a result of the speed of the air, the fire spread at full speed to neighboring farms, and led to the death of the animals that raise them, which represents a huge loss in light of the high prices of cattle and cattle this period".
A report of the incident was prepared and the prosecution was notified to investigate the incident.
